The TEXONIC EX240D Gym Sound System is a complete commercial audio package designed for small-to-medium gyms, fitness studios, exercise rooms and training spaces that need clear, evenly distributed music from wall-mounted speakers.

The system combines the 240W TEXONIC EX240D mixer amplifier with six CS75 5.25-inch 2 way wall speakers. Six distributed speaker locations help spread music throughout the workout area without relying on one or two speakers operating at excessive volume.

Bluetooth and USB playback make everyday music simple, while three microphone inputs allow the same system to be used for announcements and paging when required.

 A gym audio system works best when sound is distributed around the room instead of coming from one loud speaker at the front.

This package uses six wall-mounted CS75 speakers to create multiple coverage points across workout, cardio, stretching and training areas. The adjustable wall brackets allow the speakers to be aimed toward the areas where sound is needed most.

The EX240D provides 240W of commercial amplification together with Bluetooth, USB playback, microphone connectivity and tone controls in one central system.

Connection Notice: All six CS75 speakers should be wired in parallel to the EX240D 100V and COM speaker-line terminals with consistent polarity. Do not connect this 100V speaker layout to the amplifier low-impedance output at the same time.

Recommended 100V Speaker Load

For this package, each CS75 speaker can be set to its 30W / 100V tap.

6 speakers × 30W = 180W total speaker load

240W amplifier − 180W speaker load = 60W remaining

The recommended configuration uses approximately 75% of the EX240D's rated power and leaves approximately 25% capacity available.

Room Planning: Exact coverage depends on room size, ceiling height, speaker placement, room acoustics and the listening level required. Larger or high-energy fitness spaces may require additional speakers, more amplifier power or supplemental bass.

Important: All six CS75 speakers should be wired in parallel to the EX240D's 100V and COM speaker-line terminals with consistent polarity. Do not connect this 100V speaker layout to the amplifier's low-impedance output at the same time.
Final setup note: Final tap settings should be chosen after considering the room, speaker placement and required listening level. Power down the amplifier before wiring speakers or changing transformer tap settings.
