The TEXONIC PX50 is a 5″ two-way commercial pendant speaker designed for background music, paging and general business audio in open-ceiling and high-ceiling spaces.
It supports 70V and 100V distributed audio systems as well as compatible 8Ω low-impedance systems. With selectable transformer taps up to 30W, a 5″ cone driver, balanced-dome tweeter and 5m suspension cable, the PX50 is a flexible choice for restaurants, cafés, retail stores, offices, gyms, showrooms, warehouses and other commercial spaces.
Product Overview
The TEXONIC PX50 is designed for commercial spaces where a suspended speaker provides better placement or a cleaner architectural look than a conventional ceiling or wall speaker.
Its 5″ cone-type driver with balanced-dome tweeter provides clear midrange and high-frequency reproduction for background music and voice announcements. The bass-reflex enclosure helps provide fuller sound from the compact pendant design.
The PX50 can be used with 70V or 100V distributed commercial audio systems and also provides an 8Ω setting for compatible low-impedance amplifiers. Multiple transformer tap settings allow the installer to choose the appropriate output based on room size, speaker spacing and amplifier capacity.
The 5m suspension cable makes the PX50 especially practical for open ceilings, exposed structures and high-ceiling commercial interiors.

Specifications
Connection Notice: Select the correct 70V, 100V or 8Ω setting before connecting the speaker. Do not use the 70V/100V transformer setting and the 8Ω low-impedance setting at the same time.
For 70V or 100V systems, add the wattage of all connected speakers and keep the combined load within the amplifier's rated output. Leave suitable amplifier headroom for reliable commercial operation.
