The TEXONIC CST86 is a 6.5″ two-way indoor/outdoor wall speaker designed for background music, paging and higher-output foreground audio in commercial and residential spaces.
It combines a 6.5″ woofer, 1″ tweeter and rear mounted bass radiator to provide fuller sound from a compact wall mount enclosure. The CST86 supports 70V and 100V distributed audio systems as well as compatible 8Ω low impedance amplifiers.
Available in black or white, it is a practical choice for restaurants, cafés, retail stores, offices, patios, covered outdoor areas and other installed audio applications.
Product Overview
The TEXONIC CST86 is designed for installed audio systems where wall mounted speakers provide better placement or coverage than ceiling speakers.
Its 6.5″ woofer and 1″ tweeter provide clear music and speech reproduction, while a rear mounted bass radiator helps extend low frequency performance for fuller background and foreground music.
For commercial distributed audio, the CST86 supports both 70V and 100V systems with selectable transformer taps. It can also operate in 8Ω mode with a compatible low impedance amplifier.
The adjustable U-bracket allows the speaker to be installed horizontally or vertically and angled toward the main listening area. This makes it useful for indoor rooms, patios and covered outdoor areas where speaker direction can improve coverage.
For outdoor installations, use weather rated speaker cable and protect cable entries and connections from moisture. The speaker should not be installed where it can be submerged or exposed to standing water.

Specifications
Connection Notice: Select the correct 70V, 100V or 8Ω setting before powering the amplifier.
For 70V or 100V systems, add the wattage of all connected speakers and keep the combined speaker load within the amplifier's rated output. Leave suitable amplifier headroom for reliable operation.
Do not connect the CST86 to a 70V/100V amplifier output and an 8Ω amplifier output at the same time.
For outdoor installations, use weather-rated speaker cable and protect cable entries and connections from moisture. Do not install the speaker where it can be submerged or exposed to standing water.
Speaker Tap Settings
Select the correct transformer tap for the amplifier output and system design. Add together the wattage of all connected speakers to confirm the total load does not exceed the amplifier rating.
